Si l'activité est réalisée à partir du siège de votre société en Grande-Bretagne, vous devez :

  • tenir une comptabilité,
  • déclarer les bénéfices auprès de l'administration fiscale anglaise : Inland Revenue

Si au contraire l’activité et les bénéfices sont réalisés essentiellement sur le sol français, ils doivent être déclarés en France et une comptabilité devra être déposée au greffe dont dépend l’établissement en France.

Dans les deux cas, les comptes devront être déposés auprès de Companies House. Tout retard sera pénalisé par une amende allant de £150 à £5000.
